You don't have to go through this alone

Join a small, professionally facilitated group of people who understand exactly what you're through, from the comfort of your home, at no cost.

What to Expect?

Community. Understanding. Support.

Small Meaningful Groups

Groups that the right size so everyone can be heard, every session.

Confidential

What is shared in the group stays there. Sessions are never recorded so you can feel safe.

Listening

Some days, we don't want to share. We meet you where you're at so you never have to share more than you're comfortable with.

One takeaway, every time

At the end of every session, you will walk away with a coping tool you can bring into your everyday life.

Professional Facilitation

Our facilitators have years of experience and know how to guide these sessions with empathy and purpose.

I joined the support group to learn coping strategies post treatment and continue to attend for the community support. The participants and facilitators have so much insight, understanding and advice that makes me feel not alone in my cancer journey.

What if I'm not sure which group is right for me?

Fill out our registration form with as much information as possible, or put your best guess. Our Virtual Support group coordinator will place you using their expert knowledge.

What if I can't make it at the times available?

Fill out the registration form, and let us know which times or days of the week would work better for you. As registration increases we will try to open more groups!

Do I need to attend all groups?

All groups except for our newly diagnosed group are "open" that means you can drop into each group. However, we do have a waiting list so if you are no longer able to attend the group, let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.

When will I get more details about the support group?

After you have registered, you will receive an email within 2 business days from our team with more information and an invite.

I have a question not on here.
