Dr. Tobias Berg is an Associate Professor, Department of Oncology at McMaster University, and a Hematologist at Hamilton Health Sciences, in Hamilton, Ontario.
Melissa Lo received her PharmD from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2011 and went on to complete an Ambulatory Pharmacy Practice Residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in 2012. Shortly after, she joined the ambulatory pharmacy team at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre where she has been practicing for the past 13 years.
She has participated in a variety of educational roles and quality improvement projects. Melissa was part of the pilot project exploring the role of a pharmacist in an interdisciplinary outpatient complex malignant hematology clinic and most recently completing a secondment with Investigational Pharmacy Services.

National leadership roles include Scientific Panel Chair of the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology (CANO) Research Awards. International leadership roles include Member of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), Neurological Complications Study Group and Associate Editor of the MASCC journal, Supportive Care in Cancer.

Dr. Christian Schulz-Quach is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Educator in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and a staff psychiatrist at the University Health Network, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Department of Supportive Care, Division of Psychosocial Oncology.
Dr. Maria Agustina Perusini earned her medical degree from Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2010, where she also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology. In 2022, she joined the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto, Canada, where she completed a fellowship in Leukemia and Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN).
She is currently a Clinical Investigator in the Leukemia Program within the Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Perusini’s academic interests center on translating laboratory research into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes, with a particular focus on Acute Leukemia and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.
